The service I received from Mr. Lewis was exemplary. Felt like family! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Communication was great! 10/10

The service guy was on time this visit. The first visit he was over an hour late. But overall he was very courteous and thorough, he explained to me what he thought was wrong with the refrigerator, he didn’t have the parts available on the first visit but he returned on the second visit and fixed it. Today’s only the third day, so far it’s working much better, but I have to see what happens in a week or so. One other thing the front of the refrigerator that displays all the settings is off. Thanks

Technician was nasty, rude and only gave me a 5 minute window to have everything ready for him.
