Eric was very helpful! He called before he arrived and was on time after that. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue with my dryer.

Chris, the service rep from Dan Marc was courteous and informative about the dryer problem and is addressing it. Will be back in a week or so hopefully. Thank you

Tech was right on time , polite , and repair was done in less than 30 minutes

The end result was positive but to wait 5 weeks to have a washing machine serviced is unacceptable. The final 2 service reps were polite and pleasant. However the previous rep, the first to evaluate the problem, was not a pleasant person and rude. He actually asked to use the bathroom, after using it, left. If he was planning a longer service call I would have been more understanding. Since he left right after I don’t understand why he wouldn’t have found another place. I feel it was an inappropriate request. Glad to finally have use of my washing machine. Thank you
