I made an appointment for 2 of my washing machines, but when the repairman came, he only repaired one washing machine and then left. Is it the fault of the line taker or the repairman?
We only received one dispatch from Whirlpool, so serviced what was sent to us. Sorry you had to go through that, but we can come back once you call in for the second appliance

Michael- the Whirlpool service technician came and fixed my dishwasher with the correct new motor, which it needed. He was very conscientious, courteous and professional. I recommend him highly.
