Frank from Dan Marc was a great representation for of their team. On time , information and professional. I would use them without question again. This part does not reflect on them, but the Maytag product I will never purchase again. Maytag was fortunate to have Frank fix their inadequate product.

Joe is very pleasant and knows what he’s doing.

Frank was efficient knowledgeable and cleaned up after completing work. Courtesus as well. 2nd time he serviced my dryer to no fault of his.

Joe was an excellent serviceman. He listened to my problem with my oven and was able to diagnose what the issue was with the oven showing an error. Unfortunately I needed to wait 2 weeks for the part to come in and Joe to come back to do the install! Hopefully I don’t have anymore issues with my stove, but I do recommend Dan Marc Appliance for excellent service! Thank you very much!
