Please ask your technicians to wear some shoe cover while entering house. He made my kitchen floor dirty with wet dirt stuck in his shoes. Also he put his dirty work bag on my Corian countertop but did not clean after he is done fixing fridge.

The issue has not been fixed. Technitan keeps giving new reason for fridge issue in each service call. I am highly disappointed. It is a really crappy service. I will call to discuss. I will also complain to whirlpool. There is no honesty left now a days . My phone number is 732-353-9507
