Your tech Trevor knew his stuff and took care of our problem quickly. This was a new washer with only 10 or so previous washes - he took the time to show us the proper way to load, use the controls and take care of the unit (something Maytag’s horrible users manual doesn’t provide) - he’s a great tech - hopefully we’ll never see him again but if we have a problem hopefully he’ll be our tech!
