Very happy when the repairman came & saw the cause of the problem with our dishwasher. He said he would order the replacement parts & would be able to come back the next week. He did come back & put in the new parts. Dishwasher working good now.

Kenny is very professional. He explains what is going on and how , in this case, the replacement part will work. Before he did anything he checked all the electrical connections. Then proceeded to make the repairs. He waited for a wash I had to begin before he left , confident the correct repair was done.
