Michael was very informative and extremely helpful. He also had a very calming way of answering all my questions. To top it off he was very prompt and called ahead with his eta.

The technician was great. My problem is that I asked to speak to a technician briefly before a visit because I had a question. If this company had a mindset of being generous and let me speak to a technician first I wouldn't have paid $147 and wasted my time to learn that parts for my range were no longer available. Because of this business approach of yours I will not engage this company for any future needs I may have.

The technician was good. The process was poor. The original service request stated that the plastic part required to close the lid properly was broken. I had to wait 7 days for the first appointment and the technician did not have the part when he arrived. Had to wait another 7 days for him to return with the part. The repair then took under 1 min to complete. The machine is 2 months old. The 2 week time it took for DanMark/Maytag to repair this problem was unacceptable. DanMark/Maytag need to rectify this poor service response time.
