Hi, you sent Felipe to an address that I moved 15 years ago. When I called Kitchen Aid for service, my service address was updated along with my personal information. My current address of 12 years is 1116 Pacer Court, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002
Good afternoon. You sent in a survey response about our company today. You gave us a "1" rating, or totally unsatisfied. I read the comments as to the reason. However, that is the information that was provided to us by Whirlpool, so we would have no way of knowing that is not your current address. I see you stated that you gave them updated information, but that was not translated to us. We are NOT Whirlpool. We are an independent service provider

I purchased whirlpool refrigerator a few months ago and my foods water, vegetables and fruits were all frozen I checked temperature and it was perfect # yet it wasn't working properly so I called for repair service but the technician just attached aluminum foil back of the inside refrigerator . Obviously I wad shocked and disappointed. I will wait and see for weeks to see if it works.
