I was kept informed as to the time of the service. Jeff arrived when I was told he would. He was thorough in his assessment of the problem, and did his best to solve it.

Came to fix my appliance 5x since November and it still hasn’t be fixed Everytime he comes he says it’s a different problem. I have never used the machine once since November it’s now march 2024

Jeff is great! He had serviced our appliances in his previous position at Sears. He is very personable and thoroughly explained the issue (and fix) for our dryer. You are lucky to have a tech like Jeff.
