Roberto was wonderful. However my fault is with Whirlpool. After several visits, I am still having the same problem. The washer keeps going off balance. It actually moves several inches. I have been without the use of this washer for several weeks now. Some- thing has to be done about this problem please.

Very nice gentleman. I know he did something under machine. However, my husband doesn’t remember what. Have another appointment this Thursday the 21st because machine still going off balance & now I have leakage.
