The service was great but the process of making the appt is awful. The customer can only request a time but ultimately must take a whole day off of work

Jeff was great and knew just what to do. He fixed the problem- unfortunately just 15 minutes later (just after he left of course) the same problem returned. Waiting now for at least two weeks to get the problem resolved, again.

Jeff is an excellent tech. Both visits explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions.

This tech needs training in cust service courtesy AND how to diagnose I found him to be arrogant …. I’m totally annoyed it took 4 appts to fix my problem …. Thank God Jeff came and corrected this mess
