I was always kept in contact with the customer service team is amazing. They helped me and fixed my washer. I would leave five stars but unfortunately it took more than three attempts to finally fix the machine. Non the less. I am very satisfied

We bought out Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator freezer on 12/18/2019. By 10/20/2020 the ice maker stopped working. DanMarc replaced the ice maker under warranty. In late March 2024 the ice maker stopped working. DanMarc replaced it with what was supposed to be a new unit. They charged $415.90 ($137.95 for the service call + $120 for parts + $126 for labor). The new ice maker made 8 ice cubes and died. DanMarc agreed to come back at no charge. Their repairman spent nearly an hour consulting with someone on the phone and decided the only option would be for him to return and replace the refrigerator computer’s motherboard because it must not be receiving the ice maker’s signals. That would cost $280 for parts plus $??? labor plus presumably another $137.95 for the service call. At that point we would have paid DanMarc over 50% of the initial purchase price in one week with no assurance that we would wind up with anything more than those 8 measly ice cubes. No thank you. We’ll never use DanMarc ever again for anything and I urge all of you and all of my social media contacts to avoid them like the plague.
