DanMarc was professional, courteous and helpful. Although he was not able to solve the dripping problem we are experiencing with our new Whirlpool refrigerator, he was able to pinpoint the source of the problem - our well and generally low water pressure. It was a pleasure to meet DanMarc and work with him.
