Jesse was wonderful he was knowledgeable and thorough and fixed my refrigerator which is now working better than ever. He answered all my questions and was very kind and polite. He diagnosed the problem right away and then came back as soon as the necessary part came in. He went above and beyond, I am very thankful for him!
