The repairman was very nice and knowledgeable and I would recommend him. However, when I called and booked the repair I told the person on the phone what is wrong with the machine and what parts to bring so it could be fixed yesterday at the visit. It is a standard part. BUT this message was not communicated to the repairman so he didn’t bring. Now he will have to come back. That is a waste of my time, his time and gasoline!
