The tech came and check the vent from in side and out side. He showed a blocked seen.he started the the machine for few second and stoped the machine.a total of 15 minutes she spend and said m/c is ok.He should have waited a full cycle and make sure the machine is good working. To me I don’t think he is a good mechanick.I personally recommend this company for some body and I called a second time, they give me a window 1pm to 3pm but now the time is 430 pm no body came yet
