Chris was great. Showed up within the tome window I was give. I have an older model refrigerator. He was honest and did not try and sell me a new part but did give me sound advice about the reality of the age of my appliance. That was very much appreciated.

Eric was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional . We were very pleased with the service that he provided.

When I called for an appointment, I explained the problem. Dan Marc should not have sent a repair person who could not research and try to diagnose the problem. The appointment was a waste of time! Never calling Dan Marc again!
