When I called for an appointment, I explained the problem. Dan Marc should not have sent a repair person who could not research and try to diagnose the problem. The appointment was a waste of time! Never calling Dan Marc again!

Frank diagnosed the problem and fixed our dishwasher quickly and was great at giving us advice on what the problem could be. It tuned out to be something stuck in the Drain of the dishwasher and the problem was resolved. Thanks Frank for all the help
