Very odd how Craig understood the situation and my concerns when he was in my home looking at the unit, but when I went back asking for more help because the manufacturer was challenging me, he threw his hands in the air, said there was nothing that can be done, refused to hop on a conference call with customer care, and told tech line not to send another technician back ever. I am disappointed how my concerns can be confirmed when the technician shows face to me, but the second he leaves my home, it is a different story and there is no support.

The estimate given was $300 and once told OK, the bill became $371!! Got a $700 device, this kind of variation. Is not appreciated as I would have decided differently if the estimate was told to be $370.

The tech is just here to do his job yet., We still have the same problem. Enough is enough now we want a full credit. You have replaced EVERT PART possible and the Freezer I STILL not working properly !!enough is enough!!
