Very odd how Craig understood the situation and my concerns when he was in my home looking at the unit, but when I went back asking for more help because the manufacturer was challenging me, he threw his hands in the air, said there was nothing that can be done, refused to hop on a conference call with customer care, and told tech line not to send another technician back ever. I am disappointed how my concerns can be confirmed when the technician shows face to me, but the second he leaves my home, it is a different story and there is no support.
