Stan was very courteous and respectful. He arrived on time and throughly investigated the problem of our new dishwasher and found the root cause. He photographed and submitted his findings to Kitchenaid/Whirlpool which resulted in a machine replacement. I would recommend DanMarc Appliance repair to family and friends. Thank you.
