Mike (my tech) was great. Very personable and knowledgable, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my fridge and talk me through the plan/options. When the repair he made failed the next day, he came back within hours to assess the situation and quickly determine that the replacement part he installed was defective (through no fault of his or DanMarc) and he was able to fix again, for real this time, at no additional cost. I also received follow up calls from DanMarc ensuring my satisfaction. Great buying experience, will definitely call them again for future appliance repair needs, they’ve earned my trust.
