Our washing machine was a mystery to diagnose. After the first repair company came and was dismissive, I called the washing machine manufacturer again, and this time they set me up with you.yiur service guy ran tests with wash and the noise did not present. I video taped the noise this time and sent it to you and he came back and found the problem. He said this was only the second time he's seen the issue. He fixed it and we haven't had a problem since. He was very nice to work with, thank you.

He went above and beyond to help set up and fix my dishwasher. Highly recommend.
