Repairman was prompt and finished the repair quickly. And the repair works.

Tyler identified the problem immediately, ordered the hose, replaced it and solved the problem from happening again. He moved the machine away from the wall and prevented the rubbing vibrations from occurring again. Too bad Tyler did not do the initial install. Had he, we would not have had this problem twice!
