Technician was conscientious, on time, and kept me in the know, through the minor fixes, all with a great client facing presence.

Darren was very professional and made suggestions as to how my dishwasher would run more efficiently. Since I was never given a manual I was at a loss regarding certain features. I am now using a finishing agent and the dishes seem to be dry now. Thank you. This is my second Maytag dishwasher. The first lasted about 20 years.

Michael was very informative and extremely helpful. He also had a very calming way of answering all my questions. To top it off he was very prompt and called ahead with his eta.

The technician was great. My problem is that I asked to speak to a technician briefly before a visit because I had a question. If this company had a mindset of being generous and let me speak to a technician first I wouldn't have paid $147 and wasted my time to learn that parts for my range were no longer available. Because of this business approach of yours I will not engage this company for any future needs I may have.
