Addressed problem, was very knowledgeable, and provided helpful advice re my issue, which involved Warner dispenser for my Kitchen aid refrigerator.

The technician was good. The process was poor. The original service request stated that the plastic part required to close the lid properly was broken. I had to wait 7 days for the first appointment and the technician did not have the part when he arrived. Had to wait another 7 days for him to return with the part. The repair then took under 1 min to complete. The machine is 2 months old. The 2 week time it took for DanMark/Maytag to repair this problem was unacceptable. DanMark/Maytag need to rectify this poor service response time.
