Very professional

Our dryer has been broken for a month and Maytag has not helped one bit. We’ve had a technician here 3 times. He worked very hard. Each time he comes to fix it the dryer starts, but after doing a load of clothes it will not start back up. We are extremely dissatisfied with this whole process. It is very hard to go a full month without having a working dryer and to be dealing with this issue back and forth with Maytag. They have gotten us nowhere. Each time we call, the wait time for a technician to come is almost a week and the wait time for the parts to come in and the technician to come back is almost a week. After the technician trying a new starter and new motor and the dryer still not working we should not have to wait another week for someone to come just to look at it. We are extremely disappointed and want this resolved immediately.

The serviceman was very professional. Every time he had to go in and out to go to his truck he would closed the door behind him. Not many would do that.
