Exactly what you’d anticipate a knowledgable repairperson to be.
I left him in the kitchen, he made sure to run a quick cycle to ensure it worked before he left, explained WHY it happened, (which is important to MANY people) and gave me tips for mitigating the issue.
Would hire again.
