Making appointments and having the technician come on time if just terrific. This is all a very good experience. Now if you look at my dates of needing service for the same problem, what would you say? I just want my appliance fixed and working properly. Everyone who comes are very nice, but my appliance is never fixed.

Tim is very efficient but unfortunately my ice maker is still not making ice. I had to make another appointment for service
