Making appointments and having the technician come on time if just terrific. This is all a very good experience. Now if you look at my dates of needing service for the same problem, what would you say? I just want my appliance fixed and working properly. Everyone who comes are very nice, but my appliance is never fixed.

Tim is very efficient but unfortunately my ice maker is still not making ice. I had to make another appointment for service

Tim was professional both times he came to the house, first to evaluate the problem and then to perform the repair.

Tim was very professional and friendly as he quickly diagnosed the problem with our 20 year old oven which would not turn off or open up. He let us know that the part which was needed to make the repair was no longer produced and that we would unfortunately have to purchase a new oven .
