The service was fast, accurate and successful. However, the communication with the service man was a bit brusque in terms of getting him what he needed. If the person setting up the appointment had suggested I have a step ladder and cooler at the ready, things would have been just a little smoother. I don’t like to run around and find things at the last minute. I would probably use you again.
