Rafael is always exceptional with the services that he provides. He’s very knowledgeable and provide education on how to take a good care of my appliances.

There’s not a lot of technology in these devices. I would have like to seen the tech come with spare parts on the first trip. This will eliminate waste of the end users time and yours.

It’s been 3 days since I got service. My refrigerator is working good so far, so I think it’s a little early
