John was great! Explained everything and was very courteous and cleaned up everything. Unfortunately he had to come back through no fault of his own he explained what had happened to a part that was faulty! We are very happy with the services we received and even more so with John!

Gentleman refused to service because of no serial number because he “couldn’t figure out which parts”. Called another repair man who was there within 2 hours who didn’t even need new parts to fix the issue!!!! Furthermore he said even if he did when you pull the part out it’s easy to tell which one to order for anyone who has worked on a kitchenaid.
