The man who returned to provide the replacement of parts ordered by other technicians. Reported the other tech did not know what he was doing . And that there is nothing wrong with my appliances and did not complete any work. I am not happy because the washer was not fixed and continues to make the noises and I am afraid to use the appliance

The technician was very polite and professional. But told me my refrigerator cannot be fixed. It’s 6 months old and freezes my food and he said it’s typical for this model. So the outcome of my service call was very disappointing and disturbing to me.
