Darren was the gentleman who came to service our dishwasher. He came to the house twice. The first was to determine the problem. The second was to fix the problem. In both cases, Darren was very professional. He arrived and got to work. He explained what the problem was and what had to be done. He told me that he would order the new part and return when it was delivered. He returned two weeks later, installed the new part. The dishwasher has been working well.
