Took 18 days to get the washer fixed. This was as issue since we had 97 year old with Dementia where we use the washer everyday. Dan Marc, charges 30 to 40 % mote then other repair companies to diagnose the problem. Symptoms were given to Maytag and service person did not have the part in the van when he arrived. The service man was nice bought the company needs to sue better.
