Great service, timely completion, professional technician

My Maytag dishwasher went out. I called PC Richards, and they told me that they couldn't help me. I called Maytag, and I was told that a service person would come to my home. Dan-Marc Appliance came to check out the problem. Marc ran the dishwasher and found no issues. I told him that I couldn't use my dishwasher because it wasn't working properly. Marc ran the dishwasher a second time to try to put my mind at ease. This time, he was able to replicate the problem I was having with it. Marc quickly got to work and made the necessary repairs. Darren was the gentleman who came to service our dishwasher. He came to the house twice. The first was to determine the problem. The second was to fix the problem. In both cases, Darren was very professional. He arrived and got to work. He explained what the problem was and what had to be done. He told me that he would order the new part and return when it was delivered. He returned two weeks later, installed the new part. The dishwasher has been working well.

Very happy with the repair of my washing machine, very good job and he was quick, also rested the machine after the repair to see if it worked properly
