I requested John specifically since he came to service our machine in May and based on the issue at the time he had the part needed to fix the problem on his service truck. Rather than just coming to access the situation and then come back days later with a part (like another service man would always do) which only prolongs the inconvenience of being without an appliance, he knew based on the issue described by me what he needed and was prepared this time as well. John is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and even shared some tips for using my washer more efficiently. I hope I won’t need another service anytime soon since we have had 6 or 7 issues between both the washer and dryer already in the 5 yrs we have had the set, but if I do I will always request John. He is an asset to your company and takes pride in his work! Thank you John!
