Dennis was unprepared, unprofessional and rude. He didn’t display solid knowledge of the situation and actually caused damage to my refrigerator. He claimed to have replaced my ice maker, and the water valve, and didn’t. He left my home and the fridge was leaking water. DanMarc sent another tech who is ordering all new parts. Dennis needs customer service training and technical training on his trade.
