DanMark service is a professional company. I received a phone call alerting me about 1/2 hour before technician was to arrive. When Kenny arrived, he introduced himself. He had a clean shirt with the DanMark name on the right pocket. After confirming what I observed as an issue, he went on to check voltage, heat inside, etc. He explained everything, was very thorough and very personable. Great representative of the company. I trust DanMark for my appliance repair needs.

Very happy when the repairman came & saw the cause of the problem with our dishwasher. He said he would order the replacement parts & would be able to come back the next week. He did come back & put in the new parts. Dishwasher working good now.
