Not willing to address Wifi issues with brand new appliances that won’t connect. Also wih they would offer to take their shoes off when they come into your home.

Eric the service technician was excellent. However dealing with Dan Marc was less than stellar It took 3 weeks to repair my oven. Wrong part ordered , promises made and then not kept. Was told part not available after I was told it was, had to get JennAir involved and the part miraculously appeared and the repair was done Customer service was lousy and all I got was “sorry “. sorry that’s the best we can do. There is no one else you can speak to
