Eric went above and beyond. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and so personable!!! I would always request him if I could!!!

Dennis was great he fixed the no light problem with my refrigerator. However, scheduling an appointment is very challenging. The office staff is rather unhelpful and unsympathetic to people who need more of an idea of the time their technician will arrive. Is ok for a 3 hour window but if you call and ask them where you are on the list to get a better idea, they refuse to give you any help. Not everyone can sit around waiting for 3 hours!

Eric stayed to make sure everything was in good working order before he left. I appreciated all of his efforts to get my machine up and running for me.
