Quick and easy!

It took 2 weeks to get an appointment and when the technician came, he told me that because I unplugged and replugged in my refrigerator that it was working and there was nothing he can do. I'm not quite sure that is any kind of service call. He could have at least tested the refrigerator. I was told that I FIXED THE REFRIGERATOR by unplugging it but the frost on the back of the refrigerator will happen again and I will have to then have it fixed and my warranty will probably be over. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service.
