Professional, excellent work

This was my first time using DanMarc appliance repair. The technician Mike who was sent out to address my refrigerator issue, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him and DanMarc for any future repairs.

Waited 2 weeks for a compressor. Not easy with kids to not have a fridge. The receptionist was extremely nasty and arrogant every time we talked. Supervisor didn’t even try to help. I already called whirlpool and told them they shouldn’t use your services. Absolutely terrible customer service. Really need a new receptionist who has some respect.
