Efficient and timely

Dan Marc as an authorized and recommended Whirlpool repair service provider, should be able to report defective manufactured Whirlpool parts with the repeated defects and get full coverage of replacement parts and and labor and service fees on these systemic and replacement repair incidents!!!! My top loading Extra Heavy Duty Maytag washer with a glass lid is absolute junk! The frame surrounding the glass lid is made of a brittle plastic, not high impact and stress resistant kind! The washer itself does it job and the some! The intense spin cycle and subsequent vibrations destroy the plastic frame in a few months after replacement twice! It should be an all metal frame with glass top, or …. back to all metal lid! I don’t really need to watch my clothes go round and round! So once a year I’m gonna pay for this two year old washer again and again. Lid part was under warrantee this time, but the $371. labor-service fee, which isn’t fair! The extended warranty plans offered are more than the $371 annually. Whirlpool needs to fix this problem on a recall and replace these defective- deficient parts immediately! Otherwise, it might cost me less to just put this relatively new washer out at the curb and start over with a more reliable and trouble-free model….. if there is such a thing!!

The glass shattered on our oven door. Mike came out and replaced it and it looks good as new. He was done within a half hour!
