The glass shattered on our oven door. Mike came out and replaced it and it looks good as new. He was done within a half hour!

Was happy with our repair technician. Expeditious inspection and repair appointments. Unfortunately, have not gotten anywhere with Whirlpool “customer care” in regards with getting some warranty coverage of the broken- defective parts of my 1.5 year old “heavy duty” Maytag washer! Was advised before purchase, that this would be the fast washer, I’d ever need! Trouble free for many years?! Our three kids no longer live with us, so frequency of wash loads has gone way down. So why the failure so soon. Didn’t believe i needed an extended warranty with such testimonials of reliability!! My deteriorating and broken glass lid and worn out dampers will probably fail again in the next too years after this repair! Can you help me in getting Whirlpool to Al least cover the parts in your latest repair?? Thx
