DanMarc Tech took his time to listen to the issue we were having with our appliance. Once appliance was moved from underneath counter, tech gave us the opportunity to clean out the area while he diagnosed issue. Tech also took extra time to deal with warranty issue and ultimately resolved both the physical issue with the appliance and the warranty snafu. Friendly, polite, helpful—overall great experience.
