Bob arrived on time and ask to explain what was my complaint. Microwave was shutting off after running 10 seconds . I would have to restart it several times before ot worked. Bob opened Door and immediately noticed a problem. Top inside of frame was not installed correctly. Alignment inserts were on the outside on inner frame . He removed screws and installed them properly. Tested machine several times no stopping and Door was aligned properly. Thank you Bob
