Your technicians have always been very thorough. However, the unit is itself is what I am displeased with. It has to stay at a bad angle < in order to keep the door closed. I was told there was issues due to humidity. Causing the unit to freeze up. I have never in 35 years having a refrigerator had issues with a refrigerator, freezing up due to humidity. Again, I really feel the unit itself is poor. I’ve had nothing but issues with this thing since I brought it home it has a factory warranty and I bought another five year warranty on it. Therefore, I’m kind of stuck with it. I’ll make do with what I can. Thank you again your service technicians have always been very thorough and repaired the problems as best as possible
