John is a true professional. He was able to diagnose, order parts & repair my refrigerator in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.

Dan Marc was assigned to my case because of my PC Richards 5 year warranty on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator/freezer. The technician was knowledgeable and thoroughly checked my freezer but left no written invoice. He said it would be emailed to me but he did not have my email address and couldn’t add it to the records. He said I needed to have the coils cleaned but he wasn’t authorized to do it. I called PC Richards the next day to schedule the coil cleaning and they wanted an invoice #. I didn’t have one because the technician didn’t give me an invoice. And the PC Richards rep could not schedule the coil cleaning because it was within 24 hours of my last appointment. I left the country for 2 weeks after that phone call with no receipt from the appointment and no appointment to get the coils cleaned. Not really a smooth experience!!
