Very courteous and persistent in finding the resolution to our problematic freezer issue.

The service experience was great and communication was also excellent. However, I believe that basic diagnostic fees should not be charged separately if there is a legitimate repair case. The separate fee for diagnostic visit is quite egregious.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Appointment was made with very short lead-time. Appointment confirmed and also received a call ahead prior to visit. Tim was our technician and was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and completed the repair quickly and throughly.
