Your service man was not helpful at all. He started to visit by saying I’m not cooking your dinner for you. It took him forever to set the clock we had a cough for assistance. He did not want to show me how to operate my oven in though it did not come with an honest manual, horrible experience

The only reason this is four stars and not five is because of the Dan Marc schedulers/customer support. Two of the three I spoke with were horribly curt and abrasive when I was trying to get more information about my appointment time. One of these three was even a supervisor, Margarita, who was worse than the first agent I spoke with. Credit to, Lou who saved the experience and called me the following day and was happily able to help me where the other two couldn’t. That said, my technician was fantastic. He was friendly (even though he had 10 service calls to make that day), kept his work area clean, he quickly identified and fixed the issue with my dryer. He absolutely was five stars.

Our experience with Rafael was great! He was knowledgeable, professional and able to diagnose the issue with our dryer within minutes. He ordered the replacement part and installed it within a week. The dryer works like new and we are so happy! We highly recommend Rafael and appreciate his hard work and enthusiasm!
