The service was excellent and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get it done and fixed in two visits. One to see what parts to order and the 2nd time was to install the new parts. Everything has been working like new ever since. Great job!

Keyel was wonderful. He listened to my concerns. Made his own observations and like me found that one side of the freezer drawer wasn’t closing completely. He took the drawer apart and found a screw had come loose and was blocking the drawer from closing completely. He put the screw back and tightened it. He also cleared out the ice maker and it is now working properly It was a pleasure having him in the house as your technician. He has great listening and observation skills which are definitely a plus. Hope all your technicians are like him
