Keith was a great technician. Located the problem and had refrigerator working.

I had an issue with my ice maker! Keith has made three trips to my home. First, he came to diagnose the problem and ultimately he replaced the icemaker and circuit board. I find Keith to be professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. He follows all the procedures by calling into Dan Marc and following their instructions. I will request his service when possible.
