I have a whirlpool residential refrigerator in my RV. Appointment was within a day or 2 of my call for service. Part came in quickly and return appointment was quickly scheduled. Jose diagnosed appropriately as the issue being the compressor. The compressor had a 5 year warranty so it was all covered by Whirlpool. Fridge and freezer now working again and I’m satisfied. Washer was repaired, and the jumping and vibration stopped. However, a new noise developed upon the first wash that is like a squealing/grinding noise. Upon calling the office to inform them I was told I needed to open up another ticket with our warranty company because it would be considered a new ticket, so now the washing machine is now making a very loud noise during the normal cycle of wash.
