To start with, Louis was prompt, pleasant and communicative. On the repair issue, he listened actively to us to fully understand the problem, then reviewed the history on file, then ran diagnostics to look for error codes, When that didn't isolate the problem, he got on the phone with Whirlpool tech support. He determined that the "Eco-Boost" function was preventing the dryer from heating. By turning off Eco-Boost, our problem was solved. He even left his cell number if we had any follow-up issues. Great performance!

Stan made a return trip after the first tech assumed to have made good work on the first visit of a slow propane gas leak on my range.Stan retested the gasket but then discovered the leak was in the solenoid after removing the back panel of the stove.
