Jim was an excellent technician, who addressed my problem immediately.

My washing machine had several problems when the technician came. One he fixed, but the others he did not. He would not believe me when I tried to explain what I was seeing. He had told me at first that he would replace the computer as the machine was not running the cycles correctly, but when he came back with the parts he did not do it, and the machine does not always run the spin cycle and sometimes stays locked at the end of a cycle and sometimes fills with water when it should not. There was also water leaking from the bottom of the machine, and while he was there it was minimal, I have water damage to the ceiling below the machine now. The machine is really now working now and I feel there is no use to having your people come back.

The service man was great Everything was great with the exception of the time I waited on the phone to get the appointment, almost an hour.

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. Got the dryer working in no time. A real pleasure. I booked the appointment in Thursday afternoon and by 10 am Monday morning it was fixed!!!! Thank you!!
